Accenture is seeking a Water Sector Market Leader for the DMV region to develop and execute strategic growth plans across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. You will lead BD, client leadership, and digital transformation initiatives, building relationships with public authorities and utilities.

The role focuses on driving digital water strategy, real-time analytics, and enterprise asset management deployment, while guiding change management and workforce enablement for successful outcomes.

Competenze

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, Construction Management, Information Systems, or equivalent is necessary.
• 5+ years of experience in the water industry, digital water, smart utilities, or technology transformation programs is required.

Mansioni

• Lead region-wide business development efforts for water, building high-value relationships with Strategic Clients in DE, MD, VA.
• Develop and execute new business capture plans to solve water-related community challenges.
• Drive marketing and sales plans to deploy water capabilities across the DMV area.
• Cultivate relationships with state/local government agencies and regional water authorities.
• Oversee quality of services, with action plans based on client feedback and surveys.
