• Grow Arup's water advisory and delivery across DMV and wider Americas.
• Lead executive relationships and strategic pursuits with priority clients.
• Oversee project delivery quality, scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Shape win themes, teaming strategy, and interview messaging for major pursuits.
• Mentor DMV water talent and contribute to cross-office collaboration.
