The Vehicle Services Section is responsible for issuing titles and license plates for more than 10 million vehicles registered in North Carolina. This section oversees a statewide network of approximately 131 contracted License Plate Agencies, four state owned offices and more than 850 online dealers, supporting customers through in-person, mail, and online services. The Scan Prep Operator is responsible for prepping and scanning vehicle titles and registration documents. The selected candidate will have to retrieve these documents from North Carolina License Plate Agencies, Online Dealers, and DMV sections. The selected candidate will also be responsible for reviewing the legal documents to ensure all required information is listed and maintain compliance with NC DMV laws and procedures.
