Job summary

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently; resolve issues promptly.
• Knowledge of Chapter 20 and motor vehicle laws, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise License Plate Agencies (LPAs) throughout North Carolina.

The position assists with LPA investigations and represents the Division with regards subpoenas for court testimony as required. Work involves responsibility for analyzing and solving problems as they relate to License Plate Agency contracts, title and registrations laws, policies and procedures, and frequent public contacts in handling matters associated with those programs. Must have the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently and resolve issues in a timely manner. Work is performed under general supervision and is subject to review and evaluation through conferences, personal interactions, and written reports.
