Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) seeks Customer Service Representatives 1, 2 and 3 to join the Vehicle & Title Service Support team in Phoenix. These positions provide frontline support, process applications, and help ensure compliance with ARS and AAC regulations.

Jobs range from entry to upper level duties, including handling inbound calls, data entry, policy interpretation, and problem resolution. Salary is $16.04–$18.08 per hour with benefits and ASRS retirement eligibility.

Qualifications

• Entry level CSR1; no experience required.
• Experience with MVD processes and statuary requirements is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer inbound calls and emails; perform general admin duties.
• Review and process electronic applications ensuring compliance with ARS, AAC, and MVD policies.
• Interpret MVD policy and regulations when resolving problems and inquiries.
• Create electronic records using applicable databases and software.
