Rize Credit Union is seeking a DMV & Loan Servicing Administrator to support the Consumer Lending team in Irwindale, CA. This role handles DMV documentation, lien perfection, payoff processing, and member inquiries.

You will work in-office initially for 90 days, then hybrid with 2-3 days on site per week. A detail‑oriented, organized professional who delivers exceptional member service will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a financial institution recommended.
• Knowledge of vehicle titles, DMV processes, indirect lending, or loan servicing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, DMV documentation, lien perfection, and lien releases.
• Manage loan and lease payoffs and servicing requests.
• Research and maintain loan and lease accounts.
• Respond to inquiries from members, dealerships, attorneys, branches, and business partners.
• Monitor title documentation and follow up to resolve outstanding items.
• Prepare reports and perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance member service.

DMV & Loan Servicing Administrator

• Location: Irwindale, CA
• Department: Consumer Lending
• Reports to: Manager, Consumer Loan Processing & Servicing
• Hours/Schedule: 32 hours/week - Must be able to work 1 - 2 Saturday shifts per month.
• Hybrid Arrangement: In office 100% for first 90 days, then hybrid work available with 2 - 3 days per week in office.

Technology Skills

You'll be successful if you're comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel) and enjoy learning new systems, including loan servicing, core banking, and title tracking platforms.
