Job summary

Innova Solutions in Salt Lake City is seeking a Systems Engineer to support DMSMS analysis, obsolescence mitigation, and system integration for complex defense-grade systems. On-site, first shift, 12-month contract to hire.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in electrical engineering (or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience, active Secret clearance, and hands-on experience with DMSMS tools such as IHS or Silicon Expert; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in DMSMS management, obsolescence mitigation and systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SAE-ARP-6272 and SD-22 standards for obsolescence mitigation.
• Proficiency with DMSMS tools, databases and software such as IHS and Silicon Expert.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of complex systems aligned with specs.
• Plan and execute system integration and testing to validate performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including architectures, specs and test plans.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project goals.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in project planning.
