Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience; or 12 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in DMSMS management and obsolescence mitigation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system design and mentor junior engineers.
• Serve as technical lead across multiple programs with competing priorities.
• Lead system integration, testing, and performance validation.
• Prepare and present technical reviews to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop DMS reporting from requirements and documentation.
