Job summary

A DMS Logistics, multinacional brasileira com atuação nos EUA, busca líder experiente em operações de armazém para alinhar estratégias com foco na melhoria contínua. Você supervisionará Miami e sites 3PL em outros estados, definindo metas de desempenho e conduzindo avaliações de SLA.

O cargo requer visão estratégica, capacidade de formar equipes de alto desempenho e habilidade em dashboards KPI com Power BI.

Qualifications

• Exigência de Bacharelado em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou área afim.
• Inglês fluente; espanhol e português intermediários/avançados.
• Experiência em freight forwarding/logística/operções de armazém com pelo menos 2 anos em liderança.
• Experiência com 3PL, SLAs e avaliação de desempenho de fornecedores.
• Experiência operacional com FCL, LCL e AIR, importação.
• Proficiente em Office e Power BI; familiaridade com dashboards de KPI.
• Familiaridade com conformidade de armazéns alfandegários, C-TPAT/TSA/CCSF e conformidade aduaneira.
• Disponibilidade para viajar entre sites dos EUA.

Responsibilities

• Garantir alinhamento operacional e tático em toda a operação de armazém nos EUA (Miami + 3PL).
• Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de operações (Team Leader – Miami) e analistas de armazém.
• Padronizar processos, SOPs e KPIs em todos os locais nos EUA.
• Consolidar KPIs, custos e produtividade dos armazéns.
• Gerir relacionamentos com armazéns terceiros (3PL) e SLAs; avaliação de desempenho.

Job description

DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational freight forwarding company, with 40 years of experience in foreign trade and specialized in freight forwarders. The Operations sector is responsible for ensuring the logistical design of the shipment, closely monitoring the operations of collection, import and export of cargo, in addition to document verification in each country.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Ensure operational and tactical alignment across the entire US warehouse operation (Miami owned facility + 3PL sites in other states)
• Directly lead and develop the Team Leader Operations – Miami and the Warehouse Analysts supporting 3PL sites in other states
• Standardize processes, SOPs and KPI frameworks across all US warehouse sites
• Consolidate KPI, cost and productivity reporting for the warehouses
• Manage relationships with third-party warehouses (3PL): SLAs, performance evaluation, escalation and issue resolution
• Support the opening of new sites and the onboarding of new 3PL partners in new states
• Ensure consistent compliance (bonded warehouse/CBP, C-TPAT/TSA/CCSF, customs) across all sites
• Participate in the 3PL vs. internalization decision process for new markets
• Set team and individual goals for direct reports; conduct feedback sessions, 1:1s and OKRs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the US warehouse network
• Escalate risks, resource needs and strategic decisions to the Head of the area

Requisitos e qualificações

Knowledge

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Economics or a related field
• Fluent English; intermediate/advanced Spanish and Portuguese
• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics / warehouse operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience managing third-party warehouses (3PL), including SLAs and vendor performance evaluation
• Operational experience with FCL, LCL and AIR shipments, imports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with KPI dashboards
• Familiarity with bonded warehouse compliance, C-TPAT/TSA/CCSF, and customs compliance frameworks
• Availability to travel between US warehouse sites
