Job description

Inside Sales Development Representative – Remote

Dominion DMS is seeking an Inside Sales Development Representative to work independently within their territory to generate opportunities for VUE and VUE Net. This role involves utilizing and updating data in HubSpot, collaborating with account managers and BDC representatives, and executing projects as directed by marketing or sales leadership.

Core Responsibilities
  • Understand our offerings, capabilities, and competitive differences in detail.
  • Become a subject matter expert on HubSpot to create actionable sales processes through data.
  • Assist marketing by analyzing data to understand customer interests.
  • Develop a methodical territory development plan.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database in HubSpot to improve team efficiency.
  • Consistently generate sales funnel and revenue to meet quotas.
  • Build professional relationships with potential customers.
  • Apply value-based sales methodology to advance opportunities and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Meet and strive to exceed KPI goals, seeking opportunities for expansion.
  • Must have HubSpot expertise.
Activity Requirements
  • Gather essential prospect data including current solutions, providers, propensity to change, decision criteria, and buying process.
  • Document all prospect information meticulously in HubSpot.
  • Learn and demonstrate our solutions to generate value-based questions and potentially demo the system.
  • Understand our sales process, including managing stages, collecting information, and taking detailed notes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, BDC, and OEM partnerships for lead generation.
  • Represent the company at events to promote leads and sales.

This role offers a base salary of approximately $60,000 - $65,000 annually, with activity pay and bonuses, totaling around $100,000 OTE. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and discounts.
