Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a graduate student pursuing a master’s or PhD in Biology or related field
• Must be enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester after the completion of the internship

Responsibilities

• Participation in development and execution of cell-based induction assays for drug metabolizing enzymes
• Evaluation of quantification approaches for mRNA to assess CYP gene expression upregulation
• Exposure to laboratory work in vitro using cell culture, enzymes, cells suspensions, or tissue preparations
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate results in verbal and written formats
