Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, chemistry, biology or related field.
• Interest in applied AI/ML, predictive modeling, or data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Python or R and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Source historical compound and analytical method data related to chemical properties and LC.
• Develop a predictive ML model to serve as a recommendation framework.
• Collaborate with bioanalytical scientists to evaluate and validate model accuracy.
• Explore expanding the model to additional method development parameters.
