Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience in a science or engineering discipline relevant to the DMF mission.
• Experience leading a disciplined operations environment in a research cleanroom.
• Ability to foster innovation while ensuring delivery to sponsors and projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct all DMF operations, including cleanroom, tool suite and metrology lab.
• Support scientific users in optimizing device fabrication while maintaining core process stability and purity.
• Lead DMF staff recruitment, hiring, training, and development of engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate strategic and financial planning for the DMF with SLAC leadership and researchers.
