Job summary

AdvaCare Systems in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking a Service Technician responsible for delivery, setup, pickup and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). This role involves driving a company 16’ box truck and communicating clearly with patients and caregivers.

You will install equipment safely, complete orders in our web-based inventory system, and handle occasional overtime or on-call shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• Pre-employment drug screen and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install medical equipment in a safe, timely manner.
• Operate a company 16’ box truck safely on assignments.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use and care.
• Complete orders accurately in the web-based inventory system.
