Job summary

AdvaCare Systems is seeking a Service Technician to deliver, install, and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment in the Peoria Heights area. You will drive a company 16’ box truck, instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use, and document orders in our web-based system.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a clean driving record, and a DOT Medical Card. Overtime and rotating on-call shifts (weekends/evenings) are part of the schedule, with a competitive starting pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age and valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• Clean driving record and background check required.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Card required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• Basic phone/computer skills; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install DME equipment safely and on time.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use while remaining professional.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues in the field.
• Complete orders accurately in the web-based inventory system.
• Operate a company 16’ box truck safely; participate in on-call shifts.
