Job summary

AdvaCare Systems in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Service Technician to handle delivery, setup, and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment. The role requires safe operation of a 16’ box truck, in-field instruction for patients and caregivers, and accurate completion of orders in our web-based system.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ year healthcare or delivery experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a clean driving record with a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of delivery and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift ~50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Card required to be maintained.
• Clean driving record and background; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install medical equipment safely and on time.
• Operate a company 16’ box truck safely.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use with professionalism.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot in the field.
• Complete orders accurately in the inventory system.
