Job summary

AdvaCare Systems is seeking a Service Technician to deliver, install, and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment across the Cleveland area. You will drive a company 16’ Box Truck and educate patients and caregivers on device operation while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Role requires lifting capability, a clean driving record, and a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card; overtime and on-call shifts are part of the schedule, with benefits including health coverage, 401k, and bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license for at least 5 years.
• Delivery/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.
• Basic phone/computer skills; DOT Medical Examiner’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe, timely manner.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use with professionalism.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting in the field.
• Complete orders in the inventory system accurately.
• Work overtime and join rotating on-call shifts, including weekends and evenings.
