Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking a DME Marketing Representative to field-test and expand durable medical equipment referrals across Michigan.

You will visit physician offices, clinics, and facilities to educate on DME products, build long-term relationships, and drive patient referrals while maintaining a strong service orientation. The role is field-based, offering an uncapped bonus structure with base salary; a blend of full-time and part-time schedules may apply, depending on

• Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Maintain regular follow-up with referral sources and execute territory plans.

DME Marketing Representative (Durable Medical Equipment)

Compensation: $45,000–$70,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonus

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule within business hours (typically 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)

Work Setting: 100% Field-Based (In-Person)

This isnot a desk job.

This is a field-based healthcare sales position where you'll spend your day:

• Visiting physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities
• Building relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, therapists, and office staff
• Educating referral sources on Guardian Angel Home Care's Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services
• Earning referrals through consistent face-to-face relationship building

What You'll Actually Be Doing (Daily Expectations)

A stop may include:

• Meeting with physicians and referral coordinators
• Calling on hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities
• Educating referral sources about available DME products and services
• Following up on current patients and pending referrals
• Strengthening existing referral relationships while developing new ones
