Job summary

CMB Solutions Inc is seeking a driven DME/HME salesperson to grow our resupply business. This remote role emphasizes relationship-building with providers and referral partners to drive recurring revenue.

Candidates with DME/HME sales experience and established Indianapolis connections will excel. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is preferred, with strong communication and independence for territory management.

Qualifications

• DME/HME experience or resupply sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Established relationships with referral sources in Indianapolis market is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

CMB Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and motivated DME/HME salesperson to help enhance our resupply business. If you know the DME space, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by commission, we could be a great fit.

Roles:

• Grow DME/HME resupply accounts
• Build relationships with providers and referral partners
• Drive recurring revenue through ongoing resupply needs

Qualifications:

• DME/HME sales experience (resupply preferred)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and sales-driven

Compensation:

• 15% commission for the first 6 months
• 5% commission for the next 6 months

Requirements:

• Prior experience in DME/HME, medical device, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
• Established relationships with referral sources in the Indianapolis market is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
