Job summary

Sentido Health in Tomball, TX is seeking a Healthcare Associate to join our on-site team. You will manage monthly order fulfillment across insurance verification, patient communication, and documentation to ensure accurate, timely care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare, customer service, or office administration.
• Preferred: 1+ year in healthcare operations, HME/DME, or similar healthcare environment.
• Preferred: experience with Brightree or comparable healthcare management software.
• Preferred: knowledge of insurance verification across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm patient orders via phone, email, and text, ensuring accuracy before processing.
• Process orders in Brightree with speed and precision.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients and caregivers, resolving needs and escalating when needed.
• Verify insurance coverage across all payers prior to order fulfillment.
• Scan, file, and maintain patient documentation in compliance with standards; keep Brightree records up to date.
• Build product knowledge to confidently assist patients and support the sales team.
