Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a DME setting preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Experience with DME insurance and billing concepts is preferred.
• Customer service or patient-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; assess service or equipment needs and guide intake.
• Perform DME fittings and sizing for approved equipment.
• Coordinate orders, documentation, and follow-up, including insurance processes.
• Maintain organized inventory and restock supplies for smooth store operations.
• Document patient interactions, fittings, and transactions in required systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve customer needs and ensure compliance.
