Qualifications

• Experience in sales or provider relations, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (patients, providers, insurers).

Responsibilities

• Build provider relationships and support referral growth across healthcare partners.
• Coordinate patient, provider, insurance, and documentation information for DME requests.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and referral sources with product and order communication.
• Support equipment delivery, setup coordination, and patient-facing service needs.
• Assist with receiving, organization, product preparation, and inventory support.
• Support payer documentation, claims workflows, billing coordination, and follow-up.
