Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or order processing within healthcare equipment/DME.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn department systems quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Analytical with attention to data accuracy and audits.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Must live within commuting distance to Newton, IA (50208).

Responsibilities

• Receive, triage, and process orders across multiple channels per guidelines.
• Gather and validate patient demographics, prescriber details, and equipment data.
• Route requests within scope or escalate; follow up as needed.
• Respond to inquiries about Synapse Health and its programs with professionalism.
• Advocate for patients to ensure urgent needs are addressed promptly.
• Maintain data in internal systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Meet productivity, call quality, satisfaction, and attendance targets.
