Job summary

AdvaCare Systems is seeking a Service Technician in the Indianapolis area to deliver, install, and troubleshoot durable medical equipment. You will drive a company box truck, instruct patients, perform minor repairs, and ensure orders are completed accurately in the system.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license for at least 5 years, and be able to lift ~50 pounds. Excellent starting pay, benefits, 401k with company match, and a signing bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Delivery drivers must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with basic computer/phone devices for order management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Medical Equipment to patients in a timely, safe manner.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs in the field.
• Complete orders accurately in the inventory system.
• Assist with on-call rotations including weekends and evenings.
