Qualifications

• Healthcare insurance verification and prior authorization experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to patients and referral sources.
• Document interactions in NikoHealth and related systems.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service appointments.
• Verify insurance information and communicate coverage and co-pays clearly.
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and billing teams for timely orders.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
