Job summary

You will manage DL program delivery, coordinate facilities, schedule courses, administer payments to providers, and evaluate training outcomes while ensuring compliance with NGB regulations and MCA requirements.

Qualifications

• Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience – High School diploma may substitute for 3 months of specialized experience.
• Education above high school level may substitute for experience at the rate of one academic year for the first 12 months of required experience.
• You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support Educational claims.

Responsibilities

• Provide readiness training and pre- and post-mobilization training to Soldiers.
• Plan and coordinate distributed learning training opportunities for the state's National Guard Soldiers.
• Coordinate program site preparation, budget estimates and progress against spend plans; administer payment of training providers.
• Analyze, extract and identify significant distributed learning trends and issues; prepare recommendations based on reports.
