The role manages the full learning and development process, from needs assessment to evaluation, delivering instructor-led and other training programs.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with three years of educational or instructional experience; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee training needs and organizational requirements.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led and other training programs.
• Create training materials, presentations, course content, testing materials.
• Coordinate training sessions and learning activities.
• Update training materials and ensure current content and policies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
