Job summary

You will handle in-store and phone sales, assist with battery installs, wiper changes, and service tasks, using store systems and parts lookup tools. The role requires reading and interpreting manuals, math for parts, and communication in English; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems including engine, brakes, suspension, and electronics.
• Fluent reading/writing in English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; write simple notes.
• Must complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installs and wiper changes.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards; assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Handle inventory tasks including cycle counts and back stock.
