Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Hephzibah, GA is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales with expert knowledge of store systems and parts.

You will assist customers in person and by phone, perform battery installations and other quick services, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance while meeting sales goals.

ASE certification is preferred; must have valid driver's license and ability to work days, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: open/close, safety, tasks.
• Assist in inventory: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Keep store clean: floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
