Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry level Salesperson to support the DIY business, learn store systems, and gain basic automotive parts knowledge. The role can be part time or full time and includes responsibilities such as battery installation and wiper installs.

You will drive customer service, achieve personal sales goals, manage inventory processes, and ensure store cleanliness and safety while working with a team to reach store targets.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements; work flexible days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements; maintain inventory and store standards.
