Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business, delivering excellent customer service in-store and by phone. You will perform basic automotive parts knowledge tasks, assist with battery installations, wiper services, and other DIY services, while maintaining inventory and store standards.

The role requires basic math, English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.
• Use basic math to compute units and measurements.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store hit overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed; ensure order accuracy.
