Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, help achieve sales goals, and perform basic automotive service tasks.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, parts lookup, and inventory processes, with safety and customer service priorities. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales experience in retail, strong English communication, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs
• Use basic math for unit conversions
• Availability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
