Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation skills.
• Ability to use delivery board system and inventory software.
• Friendly communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to locate and stock parts in the store.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience operating inventory systems and store equipment.
• Familiarity with POS and parts lookup systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment for DIY services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory tasks including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock."
• Keep store clean and organized, including floors and bathrooms.
• Stock general and back stock, including truck stocking.
