Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic driving and navigation ability.
• Ability to use delivery board system and POS/parts lookup systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards including inventory tasks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
