Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to deliver excellent DIY customer service, meet sales goals, and perform basic automotive services like battery installation and wiper replacements. You will maintain inventory, operate store systems, and support daily warehouse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 2-3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Good knowledge of store systems and basic automotive knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
