Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY customer flow and meet sales/service goals. You will assist customers in stores and by phone, source parts, and perform basic services like battery installations and wiper replacements.

The role requires knowledge of store systems and part inventories, with flexibility to work various shifts. This entry-level position prioritizes friendly service and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to source parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery tests and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed.
• Keep store clean and organized including floors and bathrooms.
