Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business with knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and great customer service. The role can be part-time or full-time and involves battery installations, wiper installations, and other DIY services.

You will help the store achieve its sales goals, maintain inventory processes, and deliver parts safely to customers when required. Strong communication and reliability are essential in this position.

Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences.
Basic automotive knowledge and parts knowledge.
Ability to use store systems and inventory processes.
Ability to speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its sales goals.
Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory tasks (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
