Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math for transactions and inventory counts.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; build relationships with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including put away, counts, and back stock.
