Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales goals. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Fleet safety certification is preferred. The position can be part-time or full-time, and involves delivering parts, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers both in-store and by phone.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge helpful.
• Must speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to operate store systems and POS.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
