Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
• Able to perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store meet its sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and manage inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, etc.).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed and assist with stocking and back-stock.
