Fleet safety certification is preferred. Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and over the phone, performing DIY services, and maintaining high store standards while handling stocking and safety

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and inventory.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Willing to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including replenishment and cycle counts.
• Store cleanliness and general stocking.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
