Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an in-store Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts, and inventory processes.

It can be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to perform battery and wiper installations for customers. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible days, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math for transactions and inventory counts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product standards and inventory processes.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized; stock shelves and back stock.
