Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet sales and service objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

The position can be part-time or full-time. You will assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone, perform battery installations and wiper services, and maintain inventory and store standards while delivering parts to customers as

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
