Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in retail or similar environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to use store systems for inventory, POS, and parts lookup.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
• Aim to achieve personal sales goals and support store targets.
• Deliver DIY services (battery installs, wiper installs, testing, etc.).
• Maintain product and operational standards and manage inventory processes.
• Ensure store cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist with back stock and deliveries.
