Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Salesperson to support our DIY business, help customers with parts selection, and meet sales and service objectives.

This entry-level role requires basic knowledge of automotive systems, store operations, and in-store inventory management. You will handle in-store and phone interactions, source from multiple channels, perform minor DIY services like battery tests and wiper installs, and maintain product standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Basic automotive knowledge and parts knowledge.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends as needed.
• Strong English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus.
