Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and over the phone, and help achieve sales objectives.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. You will also perform DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs) and manage inventory processes.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; basic parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal sales goals and help the store reach overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory standards and assist with stocking and cycles counts.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
