Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an upbeat Salesperson to support the DIY customer segment with in-store and phone interactions. You will assist with battery installations, testing, wiper installations, and maintain inventory accuracy while meeting sales goals.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge, good driving skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. We value reliability, teamwork, and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Basic driving/navigation abilities.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Stocking and shelf replenishment.
