Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
• Speak and write English clearly; Spanish is a plus
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and willingness to learn more
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and over the phone
• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking in the store
• Safely deliver parts to customers when needed
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems
