Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. The role requires basic knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and suppliers.

You will provide excellent customer service, perform DIY services, and maintain inventory and store standards. The position can be part-time or full-time, with safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic driving and navigation skills.
• Ability to use delivery board system.
• Friendly communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and use POS systems.
• Knowledge of shop safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Oversee inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized and ensure proper stocking.
