Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an energetic Salesperson to support the DIY customer base in a fast-paced store environment. You will handle battery installations, wiper services, and parts lookups while meeting personal and store sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to use store systems and navigate inventory processes. A flexible schedule supporting days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
